为保证机组安全运行 ,建立开放的现场数据采集、分析和组态的实时监控系统 ,并将其传送至管理信息系统 (MIS) ,可充分获得生产现场的数据信息 ,使得设备检修科学化。论述了一种基于ADO技术的炉管温度实时监测与分析系统 ,该系统由运行监测、数据追忆、监测报表、寿命预估等模块组成 ,并通过组态的使用 ,使实际运行具有了灵活性和通用性。
In order to ensure the safe operation of units, an open real-time monitoring system for on-site data collection, analysis and configuration is established and sent to MIS to fully obtain the data of the production site and make the equipment overhaul scientific. This paper discusses a real-time furnace temperature monitoring and analysis system based on ADO technology.
