本文针对中小学图书实行部门集中采购的现实状况,以温州市百所农村薄弱学校改造工程中的图书采购为例,分析了如何设计适合图书部门集中采购需要的评标内容,并通过具体的实践,旨在对提高中小学图书采购质量得出一些启示。
This paper aims at the actual situation of centralized purchasing of book-making departments in primary and secondary schools. Taking the procurement of books in the reform project of one hundred rural poor schools in Wenzhou as an example, this paper analyzes how to design the content of the bid evaluation which is suitable for the centralized purchasing of book departments. Through the concrete practice , Designed to improve the quality of primary and secondary school books come to some inspiration.
