重新修订的《化妆品卫生规范》已于今年7月1日起实施;明年9月1日起,化妆品包装标识将执行国家质检总局新颁布的《化妆品标识管理规定》的相关要求,备受关注的《化妆品原料备案制》也在征求意见修改之中。这一系列政策法规的新变化,将为化妆品企业提出怎样的新要求?在化妆品的包装标识和原料上会出现哪些新的变化?能否为消费者安全明白购买和使用化妆品提供更多的保障?
The revised “Sanitary Standard for Cosmetics” has been implemented since July 1st this year. Starting from September 1st next year, the cosmetics packaging label will implement the relevant requirements of the “Manufacturing Regulations for Cosmetic Labeling” newly issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, attracting attention. The “Preparation System for Cosmetic Raw Materials” is also undergoing revision of comments. What new changes will this series of policies and regulations put forward for cosmetic companies?
