我厂有4台XMZ500/1500箱式压滤机,每台压滤机配1台衬胶泵(4PNJA)供料,由于密封不良,矿浆泄漏严重,轴承体过快进砂,轴承失效,导致设备负载加大,甚至发生事故,被迫停机维修,影响生产。为此,我们对其密封部位(密封矿浆)进行了改进。 改进前(图1),采用水封式填料密封,因泵运转向,泵内介质(矿浆)压力比高压水压力大,介质沿轴向进入填料部位,这样,加剧了轴套11与填料9的磨损,
