西方国家将医疗费用支出增长率高于同期GDP增长率,形象地称之为“医疗保险危机”。笔者在观察这类医疗费用过度膨胀的现象时发现,不合理用药是其中一个重要原因。
Western countries will be higher than the medical expenses growth rate of GDP growth over the same period, vividly called the “medical insurance crisis.” When I observed the phenomenon of excessive medical expenses, I found that irrational use of medication was one of the important reasons.
