用生物力学理论分析人体髌骨的骨伤问题,需要知道力学性质。过去多引用外国有关资料和数据,对我国人体则往往不适用。为此,我们用中国的成年人干髌骨,在不同部位取小型标准试件,用Timoshenko梁和Euler梁联合理论,对其静、动弹性模量和剪切弹性模量进行了测定。实验结果表明:(1)、该实验方法是可行的;(2)髌骨有明显的各向异性;(3)它的弹性模量动态比静态显著增高。
Biomechanical analysis of human patella bone injury problems need to know the mechanical properties. In the past, more information and data on foreign countries were often not applicable to the human body in our country. To this end, we use Chinese adult patella dry, take small standard specimens in different parts, with Timoshenko beam and Euler beam theory, its static, dynamic elastic modulus and shear modulus of elasticity were measured. The experimental results show that: (1) The experimental method is feasible; (2) there is significant anisotropy of the patella; (3) the dynamic of elastic modulus is significantly higher than that of the static state.
