本文讨论和介绍了组合式喷油泵喷油定时和喷油规律的检查和调整的方法;并进一步说明了喷油规律检查和调整的重要意义。通常只进行喷油泵定时的测量和调整,常常忽视对喷油泵喷油规律的检查和调整,使喷油规律发生变化,耗油率增加。因此要使柴油机工作状态良好,应采用本文所述“三线一针两齐,先规后时”的调整方法,使“规”与“时”都符合要求。
This article discussed and introduced the combined injection pump injection timing and injection rules of the inspection and adjustment methods; and further explained the importance of fuel injection inspection and regulation. Usually only the injection pump timing measurement and adjustment, often neglected the fuel injection pump inspection and regulation of the law so that changes in fuel injection, fuel consumption increased. Therefore, in order to make the diesel engine work in good condition, the adjustment method of “three lines, one needle and two lanes, first regulation and later adjustment” as described in this article should be adopted so that both “regulation” and “time” meet the requirements.
