随着我国社会经济的不断发展,国有企业的规模也越来越大,国有企业要着手与企业职工管理,进行良好的内部控制,加强对职工管理风险防范机制的研究。文章主要针对国有企业中的职工管理风险防范机制进行研究。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the size of state-owned enterprises is also getting larger and larger. State-owned enterprises should start with the management of enterprise staff, carry out good internal control and strengthen the research on prevention and control mechanisms of staff management risks. The article mainly studies the prevention mechanism of employee management risk in state-owned enterprises.
