本文在对保定各类中小民营企业进行充分调研的基础上,发现了普遍存在的一些共性问题,在此基础上提出了一系列有针对性的建议,以期对中小民营企业劳动关系和谐发展进行积极探索。
On the basis of full investigation of all kinds of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Baoding, this paper found some common problems that are ubiquitous and put forward a series of pertinent suggestions on the basis of which to promote the harmonious development of labor relations in small and medium-sized private enterprises explore.
