据“Transactions ISIJ”(1985)报道:在生产连铸弱脱氧钢板坯时,很重要的一点是要抑制板坯凝固期间 CO 气泡的形成。本文着重介绍了就凝固期间气泡的生成,以及在使用充汽水条件下通过搅拌来抑制气泡生成所作的实验,和在安装有电磁搅拌装置(EMS)的铸机上通过搅拌钢液来抑制 CO 气泡的初步研究结果.
According to ISIJ (1985), it is important to suppress the formation of CO bubbles during the slab solidification during the production of continuous weak deoxidation steel slabs. This article highlights experiments on the generation of bubbles during solidification and the suppression of bubble generation by stirring under the condition of using fizzy water and the suppression of CO bubbles by stirring molten steel on a casting machine equipped with an electromagnetic stirrer (EMS) Preliminary findings.
