词汇是语言最基本的组成部分,也是英语课程学习中最为基础的教学要素所在。在高中阶段的英语教学中,词汇教学在方法与理念上应当有所改变。这个时期的学生已经有了较好的语言基础,词汇的教学不应当仍然停留在让学生对于一些基本词汇形成认知的阶段,而是应当逐渐培养学生对于词汇的理解与应用能力,尤其是让学生具备在不同语境以及语言搭配中获知词汇的不同含义的技能。这才是词汇教学中应当关注的要点,也是学生语言能力的一种体现。
Vocabulary is the most basic part of the language, but also the most basic teaching elements of the English curriculum. In high school English teaching, vocabulary teaching should be changed in methodology and concept. The students in this period have a good language foundation. The teaching of vocabulary should not stop at the stage of getting students to recognize some basic words. Instead, students should gradually develop their understanding and application of vocabulary. In particular, Students have the skills to learn the different meanings of words in different contexts and languages. This is the key point that should be paid attention to in vocabulary teaching, and it is also an embodiment of students’ language ability.
