中国粮油贸易界人士日前称,受国际市场小麦价格飙升影响,东南亚面粉加工商被迫放弃高品质小麦而选择廉价小麦,也使中国在数月内第一次卖出了一部分制粉小麦。他们称,成交的小麦为制粉等级,而不是饲料小麦,在过去几年内中国出口的小麦大多为饲料小麦。一位贸易商说,中国已经卖出部分制粉等级小麦,他们想增加销售量,但没人能付得起如此高的价钱。
Recently, Chinese grain and oil trade circles said that due to soaring wheat prices in the international market, Southeast Asian flour processors were forced to abandon high-quality wheat and choose cheap wheat, which also caused China to sell a portion of flour for the first time in a matter of months. They said that the wheat that was traded was in the milling grade rather than feed wheat, and most of the wheat exported in China in the past few years was feed wheat. One trader said that China has already sold part of flour mills that want to increase sales, but no one can afford such a high price.
