当前对研究型小学教师的培养存在技能化倾向,使得小学教育本科专业的培养目标趋于低狭;职前教育是培养研究型教师的开端,对研究型教师的成长具有奠基作用,然而,当前对研究型教师的培养却存在职后化倾向。本文结合运城学院5年来小学教育本科专业建设的经验,提出一些研究型小学教师职前培养的策略。
At present, there exists a skill-oriented tendency in the cultivation of research-based primary school teachers, which tends to make the training objectives of undergraduate education in primary schools tend to be low and narrow. Pre-vocational education is the beginning of training research teachers and the foundation for the growth of research teachers. However, There is a post-employment tendency in the cultivation of research-oriented teachers. Based on the experience of undergraduates majoring in primary school education in 5 years in Yuncheng University, this paper puts forward some tactics of pre-service training for research-based primary school teachers.
