领导的艺术就是通过组织调动所有人的积极性,来实现本单位奋斗目标的能力。如果在职员工都能把企业当做自己的家,都能各司其职发挥各自的主观能动性,那么,这个企业就能焕发勃勃生机。因此,对于一个领导者来讲,只有不称职的厂长,没有管理不好的企业。 1.路子要走正 领导干部,一是要敢于吃苦,二是敢于吃亏,三是能受委屈。做到了这几点,就说明一个领导能够身先士卒,全部身心地为党为民为国着想,也就是说能够把路子走正。

To achieve these points shows that a leader can take the lead and fully consider the matter of the party and the people for the sake of the country, which means that they can take the right path.
