赵口引黄灌区续建配套与节水改造项目年度工程(文章简称续改工程)建设中,根据灌区上、下游不同的地质环境及地下水位的变化、设计提供的基础排水方案,通过对基础降水方式进行不断调整与积极探索,对排水方案进行比选及优化,较好地达到了降水效果,满足了各种地质环境下的施工要求。文章通过灌区2007—2015年9个年度12个批次的年度工程建设实践,根据混凝土工程出现的各种问题,分析混凝土工程施工中的常见问题及产生的原因,提出预防及处理措施,有效地防止此类混凝土缺陷的发生,使混凝土工程从外观质量到工程实体质量均达到设计及合同要求。
