以1:1浓度的番泻叶浸出液造成大白鼠脾虚模型,以普通细末喂养为一组,而另一组以九种人工配制饲料喂养,后者造成脾虚模型比前者要困难,天数要多3~5倍。测定脾虚大鼠血清中乳酸腹氢酶(LDH),总酶活力明显增加,LDH_4也明显增加,而LDH_2及LDH_3则显著下降。说明脾虚大鼠糖的的无氧酵解加强,肌肉的能源供应明显减少。
The rat spleen deficiency model was induced by 1:1 concentration of senna leaf extract, which was fed with ordinary fine powder, while the other group was fed with nine artificially formulated feeds. The latter caused the spleen deficiency model to be more difficult than the former, and the number of days was higher. 3 to 5 times. The serum Lactate-hydrogenase (LDH) and total enzyme activities in the spleen-deficiency rats were significantly increased, and the LDH_4 was also increased, while the LDH_2 and LDH_3 were significantly decreased. It shows that the anaerobic glycolysis of spleen-deficiency rat’s sugar is strengthened, and the energy supply of muscle is obviously reduced.
