2009年元旦、春节将至,人群的大量流动、较多的聚餐机会,稍有不慎极易发生食物中毒事故。为加强元旦、春节期间食品卫生监管工作,确保广大消费者饮食卫生安全,防止食物中毒事故的发生,省卫生厅近日发出通知,要求全省各级卫生行政部门加强元旦春节期间食品卫生监督管理工作。

In order to strengthen food hygiene regulation during New Year’s Day and Spring Festival, ensure the safety of consumers’ diet and prevent food poisoning accidents, the Provincial Department of Health recently issued a circular requiring the health administrative departments at all levels across the province to strengthen food hygiene supervision and management during the New Year’s Day .
