在23份离体兔心窦房标本上观察了细胞外钙离子([Ca~(2+)]_0)对窦房结起搏细胞动作电位的影响,发现随[Ca~(2+)]_0的增加,优势起搏细胞的动作电位幅度(APA)、最大舒张期电位(MDP)、0相最大余极速率(MRD)降低,舒张期余极速率(RDD)增高,起始电位(TP)上移,4相向0相的过渡更加圆滑,动作电位时程(APD)延长。而潜在起搏细胞的APA、MDP、MRD增高,RDD降低,TP下移,APD缩短。上述结果提示,窦房结内不同类型起搏细胞对Ca~(2+)的反应存在差异。
