TPC-700 Horizontal Drilling Rig The TPC-700 Horizontal Drilling Rig is a new type of small-diameter pipe construction rig developed by Japan’s Reagan in the early 1980s. It is also called a small-caliber pipe propulsion machine. Suitable for drilling in sand, soil and other formations.
