考察分析了东天山南坡（吐鲁番段）人工增水潜力。研究表明，虽然盆地平原降水甚微，但山区具有可观的云水资源，并集中在6、7、8三个月。抓住有利时机进行作业，增加降水量是可行的。
Investigated and analyzed the potential of artificial water increase on the southern slope of East Tianshan (Turpan Section). The research shows that although there is little precipitation in the basin plain, the mountainous area has considerable cloud water resources, and concentrated in 6, 7, 8 months. Seize the favorable opportunity for homework, increase precipitation is feasible.
