本文应用化学发光法探测了糖尿病患者中性粒细胞的功能并与正常对照组比较。结果发现:控制差组患者的粒细胞化学发光明显低于对照组;但将患者血清调理的酵母多糖刺激正常人粒细胞而将正常人血清调理的酵母多糖刺激患者的粒细胞与自身血清比较,其化学发光值无显著差异,提示该组患者粒细胞氧化杀菌功能减低是由于细胞本身缺陷。而控制较好组患者粒细胞的化学发光与对照组比较无显著差异,提示该组患者粒细胞氧化杀菌功能正常。
In this paper, the chemiluminescence method to detect the function of neutrophils in diabetic patients and compared with the normal control group. The results showed that: the control poor group of patients with granulocyte chemiluminescence was significantly lower than the control group; but the patient’s serum-conditioned yeast polysaccharide stimulated normal human granulocytes and normal human serum-conditioned yeast polysaccharide stimulated granulocytes in patients with self-serum comparison, The chemiluminescence value of no significant difference, suggesting that the group of patients with reduced oxidative bactericidal activity of granulocytes is due to cell defects. The controlled group of patients with granulocytes chemiluminescence and the control group no significant difference, suggesting that the group of patients with normal oxidative bactericidal function of granulocytes.
