目的评价甘肃省农村西医适宜技术的培训效果,探讨其影响因素。方法对培训对象培训前后的考试成绩进行评价分析;培训后采用问卷方式对有关培训效果进行调查。结果考试得分为培训前(31.32±1.51)分、课堂讲授后(68.06±1.39)分、互动强化后(72.13±1.43)分,成绩两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同专业学员在互动强化后成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40.25%的学员认为适宜技术很难,与其职称呈负相关(P<0.01),不同专业间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);认为掌握适宜技术的占91.11,与其职称呈正相关(P<0.05);认为需要再培训者占70.62%,与其单位级别呈负相关(P<0.05);不同专业间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论农村西医适宜技术培训取得了一定的效果;学员背景是其影响因素,应严格选派人员标准并分层次有重点的采取多种形式进行培训。
Objective To evaluate the training effect of western rural suitable technology in Gansu province and to explore the influencing factors. Methods The test scores before and after training were evaluated and analyzed. After the training, questionnaires were used to investigate the training effects. Results The scores of the examinations were 31.32 ± 1.51 points before training, 68.06 ± 1.39 points after the lecture and 72.13 ± 1.43 points after the interaction strengthening (all P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) The results of professional trainees after interaction strengthening were statistically significant (P <0.05). 40.25% of the participants considered that suitable technique was very difficult, which was negatively correlated with their titles (P <0.01), and there was a significant difference among different majors (P <0.01); 91.11 was considered to be suitable technology, 0.05). The percentage of those who need retraining was 70.62%, which was negatively correlated with their unit level (P <0.05). The difference among different majors was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Appropriate technical training for rural western medicine has achieved some results. The background of trainees is the influencing factor, and personnel standards should be strictly selected and the training should be conducted in various forms with emphasis and level.
