目的:建立健肝口服溶液中绿原酸质量浓度的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱条件:Diamonsil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(20:80);流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:336nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸质量浓度在9.43～188.60μg/mL范围内,其吸收峰面积响应值(A)与质量浓度(μg/mL)呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为100.10%,RSD为0.53%。结论:HPLC法测定健肝口服溶液中绿原酸质量浓度的方法快速简便,重现性好,适用于健肝口服溶液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Jiangan oral solution. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic conditions were Diamonsil-C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid Detection wavelength: 336nm; column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: The concentration of chlorogenic acid in the range of 9.43 ~ 188.60μg / mL showed a good linearity (r = 0.9995) between the peak area response value (A) and the mass concentration (μg / mL) Was 100.10% with a RSD of 0.53%. Conclusion: The HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Jiangan oral solution is rapid, simple and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of Jiangan oral solution.
