目的通过新生儿听力筛查,了解新生儿听力障碍的发病状况,以利早期诊断和干预。方法应用美国B io—logic公司筛查型耳声发射仪对2368例新生儿进行听力筛查,经过初筛和复筛,对复筛未通过者建议进行脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)检查。结果初筛异常率为24.24%,复筛异常率为4.37%,确诊听力障碍者3例,新生儿听力障碍发病率1.27‰。结论新生儿听力筛查可以及早发现新生儿听力障碍,对早期治疗及干预听力残疾有较大意义。
Objective To understand the incidence of neonatal hearing impairment through neonatal hearing screening to facilitate early diagnosis and intervention. Methods A total of 2368 newborn babies underwent hearing screening with B io-logic Inc. screening type otoacoustic emission apparatus. After primary screening and secondary screening, brainstem auditory evoked potentials (ABR) were suggested for those who failed to pass screening. Results The abnormal rate of primary screening was 24.24%, abnormal screening rate was 4.37%, 3 cases of hearing impairment, neonatal hearing impairment incidence of 1.27 ‰. Conclusion Newborn hearing screening can detect neonatal hearing loss as soon as possible, which has great significance for early treatment and interventional hearing disability.
