在一个由几十名学生组成的集体里,学生不可能在各个方面都好,也难免会出现一些学习、品德相对来讲比较差的后进生。在创建优秀班集体的过程中,如何帮助、转化这些后进生,是我们每一个班主任所面临的课题。我班有学生60人,其中转学生24人,学生素质参差不齐,学习及品德相对较差的学生占全班人数的四分之一左右。不做好这些学生的工作,建设一个良好的班集体是不可能的。为此,我做了如下探索:
In a group of dozens of students, students can not be good in all aspects, but inevitably there will be some backward learning with relatively poor moral character.
