自《计量法》颁布、实施至今已十多年了。十多年的实践使许多人认识到:计量工作是现代企业发展、壮大的技术基础工作,对于促进我国经济建设和科技进步都具有不可忽视的重要使用。但是,也还有不少人认为:计量工作投资大、消耗多、效益低,因此对计量工作缺乏应有的重视,不仅影响了计量工作在企业的正常开展,也伤害了计量工作在国民经济中所具有的作用和地位。目前,如何正确理解企业的计量效益,已成为一个亟待解决的问题。
