为了研究拉莫三嗪(lamotrigine,LTG)在妊娠期和哺乳期的动力学、流经胎盘及在乳汁分泌中的情况,作者采用液相色谱法测定以LTG单一治疗妇女在妊娠期和哺乳期LTG的血浆和乳汁浓度。
