我们在《中学教育通讯》1964年第12期上介绍了资中县罗泉初中节约用煤、减轻学生伙食费用的经验后,近一年来,他们以不断革命的精神,继续改进炉灶和烧煤技术,为国家节约了大量生活用煤,改善了学生伙食。与此同时,我省各地学校,如蒲江中学、渠县李渡中学等,认真学习了他们的经验,取得了良好效果。一两煤,才值一厘多錢,在一些人心目中似乎算不了什么。但是,罗泉、蒲江、李渡等地学校的同志们却从节约一两煤出发,想到了祖国的建设,想到了革命接班人的健康成长,想到了支援世界革命,因此才有“站在炉旁、心怀祖国、放眼世界”的革命胸怀,才能千方百计地节约用煤。这种革命精神是值得我们学习的。希望各级各类学校认真学习他们的经验,节约用煤,降低学生伙食费用,提高伙食质量,增进学生健康,为培养德智体全面发展的革命接班人而努力。
