随着教育改革的不断深入,我国制定了一系列中小学信息技术教育方面的方针政策,为中小学信息技术教育的发展提供了保障。吕梁地区作为山西省的贫困地区之一,也在这一方面作了很大的努力,取得了较大的成效,但困难和问题也在很大程度上困扰着本地区(尤其是农村)中小学信息教育的健康快速发展。通过对该地区中小学计算机教育现状的调查和资料取证,提出有利于促进吕梁地区中小学信息技术教育发展的方法和措施,以期对吕梁市中小学信息技术教育起到促进作用。
