最近,重庆市话剧团、歌剧团、京剧团、川剧院、越剧团等八个艺术表演团体和重庆市钢铁公司等八个大型企业,分别组成经济文化联合体,为艺术表演团体体制改革开辟了新路。他们具体的做法是:剧团每年为厂提供五十至一百场的演出,为厂辅导业余文化活动,为厂宣传产品,有条件的还为厂提供一定场地作产品销售场所;工厂为剧团提供深入生活,进行创作、演出的方便条件,通过联合经营和其他方式每年提供相当现有行政拨款
