本文介绍了在ZhH-1301型质谱计上进行静态分析而采取的改进措施,给出了10~(-6)cc。氩样的静态分析结果,可作十万年地质年龄样品的分析。

This article describes the improvements made on the static analysis of the ZhH-1301 mass spectrometer, giving 10 ~ (-6) cc. Argon-like static analysis of the results, can be used for geological analysis of one hundred thousand years of age samples.
