在简易水槽上辅展了硬脂酸镉的单分子层,用Langmuir-Blodgett技术把这单分子层沉积在玻璃基片表面制得了LB多层膜。用X射线衍射法在宽角衍射的低角区研究了这硬脂酸镉多层LB膜的周期结构,在2θ为0.8°~23°范围内观察到了硬脂酸镉25层LB膜多达13个布拉格衍射峰。由此计算了该LB膜的等同周期和膜厚,并用模型计算了衍射峰强度,得到了与实验结果一致的衍射峰强度奇偶起伏现象。
A simple monolayer of cadmium stearate was developed on a simple sink. LB monolayers were deposited on the glass substrate by Langmuir-Blodgett technique. The periodic structure of LB films of cadmium stearate was investigated by X-ray diffraction in the low-angle region of wide-angle diffraction. Cadmium 25 stearate LB films were observed in the range of 2θ from 0.8 ° to 23 ° 13 Bragg diffraction peaks. The equivalent period and film thickness of the LB film were calculated, and the intensity of the diffraction peak was calculated by the model. The phenomenon of the odd and even peaks of diffraction peak intensity was obtained.
