加拿大和美国的双语教育在全球都是比较成功的典范,笔者将两者的双语教育模式引入四川藏区,进行本土化改革的实证研究,取得了初步成功。在实证研究成果和相关发现的基础上,笔者提出了构建藏区藏汉双语教育模型(SCI)的猜想。
Bilingual education in Canada and the United States is a successful example all over the world. The author introduces the bilingual education modes of both into the Tibetan areas of Sichuan and conducts empirical research on the localization reform with initial success. Based on the results of empirical research and related findings, the author proposes the conjecture of building Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education model (SCI).
