目的:明确姜黄有效成分在不同地区的含量差异,考察姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素与挥发油之间含量的相关关系。方法:采集不同产地姜黄样品,结合HPLC-UV及2010年版《中国药典》中挥发油测定法分别分析姜黄中姜黄色素和挥发油的含量,采用SPSS 20.0软件的聚类分析及相关分析功能对测定的含量进行分析。结果:不同产地姜黄有效成分含量差异明显,姜黄色素质量分数最大值约4.9%,最小值仅约0.2%,相差约24.5倍;姜黄挥发油最大值与最小值之间差距达4.2倍。姜黄的传统道地产区含量优势明显,不同姜黄色素与挥发油之间均呈现极显著正相关关系。结论:海拔差异对姜黄中有效成分的含量变化有一定影响,姜黄的产区需要进行合理的规划以提高其品质并推进其产业的可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the difference of the active ingredients in turmeric from different areas, and to investigate the correlation between curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bis-methoxymeth curcumin and volatile oil. Methods: Turmeric samples from different origins were collected. The contents of curcumin and volatile oil in turmeric were analyzed by HPLC-UV and the volatile oil in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) respectively. The contents of curcumin and volatile oil in turmeric were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software and the correlation analysis Analyze. Results: The contents of active ingredients in turmeric from different areas were significantly different. The maximum content of curcumin was about 4.9%, the minimum was only about 0.2%, a difference of about 24.5 times. The difference between maximum and minimum values of volatile oil of turmeric was 4.2 times. Turmeric traditional road real estate area has obvious advantages, different curcumin and volatile oil showed a significant positive correlation between. CONCLUSION: The difference in altitude has some effect on the content change of active ingredients in turmeric. Turmeric production areas need reasonable planning to improve their quality and promote the sustainable development of their industries.
