我院内科自1990年3月～1995年3月收治了自发性气胸69例,现分析如下。1 临床资料本组女19例,男50例,年龄17～80岁,<20岁9例,20～59岁40例,≥60岁20例。病因:原发性22例,继发性47例,其中慢性支气管炎17例,肺部炎症14例,肺气肿13例,肺大泡3例。诱因:呼吸道感染35例,剧咳10例,负重3例,饱餐1例,原因不明20例。气胸部位:右侧40例,左侧25例,双侧4例。气
Our hospital internal medicine from March 1990 to March 1995 admitted 69 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax, are analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 19 females, 50 males, aged 17 to 80 years, <20 years in 9 cases, 20 to 59 years in 40 cases, ≥ 60 years in 20 cases. Etiology: 22 cases of primary, 47 cases of secondary, including 17 cases of chronic bronchitis, pulmonary inflammation in 14 cases, emphysema in 13 cases, 3 cases of bullae. Incentives: 35 cases of respiratory tract infections, 10 cases of severe cough, weight-bearing in 3 cases, meal in 1 case, unknown cause of 20 cases. Pneumothorax: 40 cases on the right, 25 cases on the left and 4 cases on both sides. gas
