病历摘要患者男性,57岁,因胃纳减退、腹胀、黄疸一个月;最近一周又伴尿少、神志不清而于1980年5月24日入院。入院前50天患者因“感冒”服过扑热息痛几片,半月后巩膜发黄,厌油腻,腹胀,胃纳明显下降,粪开始为陶土色后又变为黄色。在当地医院检查发现肝、脾、胆囊肿大并均能扪及,腹部有移动性浊音;血红蛋白8.5克％,白细胞5,000/立方毫米,中性66％,血小板8.8万/立方毫米,黄疸指数110～120单位,凡登白试验双相～立即反应,胆红素12.5毫克％,谷丙转氨酶408～>500单位,麝浊
