中华人民共和国商务部令2015年第1号《对外援助项目实施企业资格认定办法(试行)》已经2015年9月14日商务部第57次部务会议审议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。部长高虎城2015年10月29日第一章总则第一条为规范对外援助项目实施企业(以下简称援外项目实施企业)的资格认定,依据《行政许可法》和《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》(国务院令2004年第412号),制定本办法。
