目的 超声引导下生理盐水灌肠复位小儿肠套叠 ,从而提高安全性及避免较长时间的X线照射对患儿、家属身体的损害。方法 利用超声显像技术找到肠套叠的部位 ,观察其形状、位置、大小范围 ,后在超声监视下用生理盐水加压灌肠 ,根据压力和容积的变化观察肠套叠部位的变化 ,直到套叠肠管被整复 ,生理盐水通过 ,证明复位成功。结果 本组 32例 ,经超声引导注水灌肠康复 2 9例。结论 超声引导下肠套叠水压复位 ,经济、实用、方便、安全。
Objective Ultrasound-guided saline enema reduction of children intussusception, thereby improving safety and avoid prolonged X-ray irradiation on the children, their families damage. Methods Ultrasound imaging was used to find the position of intussusception. The shape, location and size of the intussusception were observed. The patients were followed up with saline under enema. The changes of the intussusception were observed according to the change of pressure and volume, Stacked intestine was rehabilitated, saline, to prove successful reset. Results The group of 32 cases, ultrasound-guided water enema rehabilitation 29 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound guided reduction of intussusception is economical, practical, convenient and safe.
