本刊讯 最近,国务院发出了开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动的通知。设备是企业进行生产的物质技术基础,搞好设备管理工作是保证企业产品质量、品种和效益的重要环节。为此,一些省、市的经济综合部门,认真贯彻国务院关于开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动的号召,部署1991年的设备管理工作。现将浙江省计经委和哈尔滨市计委的工作安排介绍如下。 浙江省计经委在“关于 1991年设备管理工作的通知”中要求:为了做好 1991年设备管理工作,更好地开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动,一要把宣传江泽民、李鹏等领导同志对设备管理工作的亲笔题词精神和进一步贯彻落实《设备管理条例》有机地结合起来。为迎接中国设备管理协会举办的设备管理知识竞赛,可组织地区内、系统内企业举办以《设备管理条例》内容为主的设备管理知识竞赛,以增强企业职工的设备管理意识。二要加强培训工作,有计划地采取多种形式提高设备管理干部和维修工人的管理和技术素质,以适应机电一体化等现代化设备日益增多和维修难度增大的需要。开设设备
