随着社会经济不断发展,人力资源管理在现代企业管理体系中的重要地位愈发突出。绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心环节,是各项人力资源管理措施落实地基础保障,直接影响着企业人力资源管理的实施效果。从管理实施的角度分析,绩效考核侧重于对于员工工作行为、态度、结果等信息的收集,并依据相应的标准,实现对员工工资表现地评价。笔者从绩效考核基本概念和实施意义入手,就其在企业人力资源管理的实践应用措施,发表几点看法,以供相关单位参考。
With the continuous development of social economy, the importance of human resource management in the modern enterprise management system has become increasingly prominent. As the core link of human resource management, performance appraisal is the basic guarantee for the implementation of all human resource management measures, which has a direct impact on the implementation effect of human resource management in enterprises. From the perspective of management implementation, the performance appraisal focuses on the collection of information on the employee’s work behaviors, attitudes and results, and evaluates the employee’s salary performance according to the corresponding standards. The author starts from the basic concept of performance appraisal and the significance of its implementation, and gives some opinions on practical application of human resource management in the enterprise for the reference of relevant units.
