目的:观察补肾益气、清热解毒、凉血止血、活血化瘀类中药配伍治疗儿童急性肾小球肾炎血尿的疗效。方法:运用补肾益气、清热解毒、凉血止血、活血化瘀类(熟地、党参、黄芪、菟丝、山茱萸、枸杞、五味、黄芩、败酱草、土茯苓、地榆、旱莲草、小蓟、红花、丹参)治疗急性肾炎恢复期血尿86例,总有效率91.8%。结论:益肾汤具有补肾解毒,凉血止血、活血化瘀,恢复肾动能,治疗急性肾炎恢复期血尿的功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of tonifying kidney qi, clearing heat and detoxifying, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis on the treatment of children acute glomerulonephritis with hematuria. Methods: Using Bushen Yiqi, detoxification, cooling blood to stop bleeding, blood circulation (Rehmannia, Codonopsis, Astragalus, reeling, dogwood, wolfberry, flavors, skullcap, Patrinia, Smilax, Burnet, Eclipta prostrata, Cirsium, safflower, Salvia) treatment of acute nephritis recovery hematuria in 86 cases, the total effective rate of 91.8%. Conclusion: Yishen Decoction has the functions of tonifying the kidney and detoxifying, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, restoring renal kinetic energy and treating hematuria during the recovery of acute nephritis.
