自1988年6月至1993年6月。我科门诊及住院的患者,诊断慢性肾功能衰竭非透析治疗的患者100例。男62例、女38例、平均年龄49.5岁。原发病:慢性肾小球肾炎56例、高血压肾病25例、慢性肾盂肾炎5例、囊性肾病4例、系统性红班狼疮肾病4例、痛风性肾病3例、糖尿病肾病3例。采用天津大学制药厂生产包醛氧淀粉、服用方法5～10g每日三～四次,同服用由四川济性制药厂生产的保肾康。服用方法为200mg每日3次。疗程为长期服用。
From June 1988 to June 1993. Outpatients and inpatients in our department, 100 cases of non-dialysis patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure. There were 62 males and 38 females, with an average age of 49.5 years. Primary disease: 56 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis, 25 cases of hypertensive nephropathy, chronic pyelonephritis in 5 cases, 4 cases of cystic nephropathy, systemic red shift lupus nephropathy in 4 cases, 3 cases of gouty nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy in 3 cases. Using Tianjin University pharmaceutical production aldehyde oxide starch, taking 5 ~ 10g three to four times a day, taking with the Sichuan Pharmaceutical Factory production of Baoshenkang. Take 200mg daily 3 times. Treatment for long-term use.
