目的测定和比较高血脂症大鼠给予降血脂中药绞股蓝和西药阿托伐他汀前后12个组织器官中Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu 4种金属元素的变化,对金属元素含量变化与高血脂症的关系进行探讨。方法使用湿法消解进行消样处理,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分光光度法对大鼠12个组织器官中Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu元素的含量进行测定。结果高血脂症大鼠给药前后组织器官中金属元素含量有显著变化,其中m(Zn)∶m(Cu)的变化最为显著。结论Cr、Mg、Zn和Cu 4种元素均与高血脂症病发相关。给予中药绞股蓝、西药阿托伐他汀治疗后,对大鼠器官中金属元素含量变化有一定改善作用,且中药对于金属元素的改善作用优于西药。
Objective To determine and compare the changes of Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu in 12 tissues and organs of hyperlipidemic rats before and after the administration of Gypenosides, a traditional Chinese medicine, and atorvastatin, and to study the effects of changes in metal elements and hyperlipidemia Relationship to explore. Methods The samples were digested with wet digestion. The contents of Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu in 12 tissues and organs of rats were determined by air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The content of metal elements in tissues and organs of hyperlipidemic rats before and after administration changed significantly, and the change of m (Zn): m (Cu) was the most significant. Conclusion The four elements of Cr, Mg, Zn and Cu are related to the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia. Given Gynostemma, western medicine atorvastatin treatment, the role of metal elements in rats to improve the change, and Chinese medicine for the improvement of metal elements better than Western medicine.
