1978年,我们在麻江县白午公社清新大队农科队,选用当地推广的中籼“凯中一号”及地方良种分蘖较弱的“五百粒”为材料,进行单本繁殖观察;1979年,用同品种在种子田单本繁殖,结果比丛插增产8％左右。三穗县瓦寨良种场朝阳队,单本繁殖“桂朝二号”73亩,平均单产1073斤。单本繁殖便于除稗去杂,生态条件比丛插有所改善,所以种子质量明显提高。锦屏县单本繁殖的“桂朝二号”纯度达99.2％,较丛插的提高6.2％;千粒重为26.85克,较丛插的26.21克,增加0.64克。
In 1978, we selected the newly-promoted mid-season indica rice “Kaizhong-1” and the “Five Hundreds of Grain”, which had the weaker tillering ability of the local elite as material, in the fresh team of the Brigade of the White Brogan Commune in Majiang County.
