用20个球铁试样(成分(%)为:C3.6、Si2.3、Cu0.1~1.37、Mo0~0.5],确定了 Cu-Mo 球铁的部分连续冷却转变图(CCT 图)。根据连续冷却转变数据用多项线性回归分析方法研究了 Cu,Mo 量对球铁淬透的影响。并选择了含 Cu1%、Mo0.2%的球铁进行等温淬火实验。
A partial continuous cooling transformation diagram of Cu-Mo ductile iron (CCT chart) was determined with 20 samples of iron ductile iron (composition (%): C3.6, Si2.3, Cu0.1-1.37, Mo0-0.5) The effect of Cu and Mo on the ductility of ductile iron was investigated by means of multiple linear regression analysis based on the data of continuous cooling transformation.The isothermal quenching experiments were conducted on ductile iron containing Cu1% and Mo0.2%.
