目的:观察雾化吸入后定时吸痰对治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法:将120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为A组(雾化吸入后不吸痰)、B组(雾化吸入后10~20 min吸痰)及C组(雾化吸入后30 min吸痰)各40例。三组均予抗感染、抗病毒、退热及雾化吸入治疗,除A组外,其他两组在此基础上配合翻身、拍背,然后吸痰,比较三组患儿雾化吸入前后的血氧饱和度上升值和咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间。结果:B组血氧饱和度上升值高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组肺部罗音消失天数为(5.23±2.48)d,短于A组(7.11±2.87)d及C组(6.10±2.85)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入后10~20 min吸痰最佳,对婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果良好。
Objective: To observe the effect of timed sputum suction after inhalation on the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods: A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into group A (no sputum suction after inhalation), group B (sputum suction 10 to 20 minutes after inhalation) and group C (sputum aspiration 30 min after inhalation ) 40 cases each. Three groups were given anti-infective, anti-virus, antipyretic and inhalation therapy, except A group, the other two groups on the basis with the stand up, shoot back, and then sputum aspiration, compared three groups of children before and after inhalation of atomization Oxygen saturation rise and cough disappear time, pulmonary rales disappear time. Results: The increase of oxygen saturation in group B was higher than the other two groups (P <0.05). The number of days of pulmonary rales disappearing in group B was (5.23 ± 2.48) d, shorter than that in group A (7.11 ± 2.87) d and group C (6.10 ± 2.85) d, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The optimal sputum suction after 10 ~ 20 min after nebulized inhalation is good for the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
