资金集中管理作为现代化企业集团的资金管理方式,是由集团总部负责统一调配、管理和运用资金,以资金集中为基础开展各项资金运行活动的一种先进的资金管理模式,能够有效弥补传统资金管理模式存在的弊端,对提高企业集团资金使用效益,强化企业集团内部资金监管有着重要意义。本文从分析企业集团实施资金集中管理的必要性入手,对资金集中管理存在的问题及解决对策进行探讨。
