目的:观察尼尔雌醇配伍卡孕栓在绝经妇女取宫内节育器(IUD)中的疗效。方法:绝经5年以上妇女108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组于术前予以尼尔雌醇6mg顿服,一周后取IUD,取IUD前两小时舌下含服卡孕栓0.5mg,对照组未用任何药。结果:观察组宫颈软化为86.67％,对照组为2.08％,P<0.001,差异有极显著意义;观察组宫颈未软化为1.66％,对照组为66.67％,P<0.001,差异有极显著意义;取IUD顺利,观察组为95％,对照组为10.42％;取IUD失败观察组为1.67％,对照组为52.08％,P<0.001,差异具有极显著意义。结论:尼尔雌醇配伍卡孕栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD安全、有效、方便,可以推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of nilestriol compatibility with carbamazepine in the treatment of postmenopausal women with intrauterine device (IUD). Methods: 108 postmenopausal women more than 5 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was pretreated with nylestriol 6 mg once a week, IUD one week later, sublingual carboplatin 0.5mg, the control group did not use any medicine. Results: The cervix softening was 86.67% in the observation group and 2.08% in the control group, P <0.001, the difference was statistically significant. In the observation group, the unsmooth cervix was 1.66% and the control group was 66.67%, P <0.001, the difference was significant ; Take IUD smoothly, the observation group was 95%, the control group was 10.42%; take IUD failed observation group was 1.67%, the control group was 52.08%, P <0.001, the difference was extremely significant. Conclusion: Nilestriol compatibility with carbamazepine for postmenopausal women taking IUD safe, effective, convenient and can be promoted.
