国海函[2015]80号辽宁、山东、江苏、浙江、广东、广西、海南省(区)人民政府办公厅:根据《海洋生态文明示范区建设管理暂行办法》(国海发[2012]44号)(以下简称《办法》)要求,你省(区)推荐申报的国家级海洋生态文明建设示范区,经评审、公示并通过国家海洋局局长办公会审议,意见如下:一、确定辽宁省盘锦市、大连市旅顺口区,山东省青岛市、烟台市,江苏省南通市、东台市,浙江省嵊泗县,广东省惠州市、深圳市大鹏新区,广西壮族自治区北海市,海南省三亚市和三沙市为国家级海洋生态文明建设示范区。
Guo Hai Han [2015] No. 80 General Office of People’s Government of Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan Provinces: According to the Interim Measures for the Construction Management of Marine Ecological Civilization Demonstration Zone (Guo Haifa [2012] 44 (Hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”), the provincial (district) recommended declaration of national marine ecological civilization demonstration zone, after review, publicity and through the Office of the State Oceanic Administration will review, the views are as follows: First, determine the Liaoning Province Panjin City, Lushunkou District of Dalian City, Qingdao City of Shandong Province, Yantai City, Nantong City of Jiangsu Province, Dongtai City, Shengsi County of Zhejiang Province, Huizhou City of Guangdong Province, Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City, Beihai City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Sanya City of Hainan Province City and Sansha as the national demonstration area for the construction of marine ecological civilization.
