与会的翻译家和学者们,对《译林》编辑部重视发现和扶植中青年译者这一点留有很深的印象。近两年来,《译林》采用的稿件中,来自中青年译作者的约占百分之九十,特别是中长篇小说,全部是中青年译者译的。大家希望《译林》保持这种做法,并希望教学、研究、出版、学会等有关部门,都能更多地关心和重视扶植中青年译者这个问题。许多同志在会上建议:(1)希望中国作家协会在举办文学讲习班的同时,也能举办文学翻译讲习班;(2)希望中国作家协会
The translators and scholars attending the meeting left a deep impression on the editorial department of “Yilin” who attached importance to discovering and nurturing young translators. In the past two years, of the manuscripts used by Yilin, about 90% of young and middle-aged translators, especially novels, are translated by middle-aged and young translators.
